Shipping & Returns


Orders ship via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express 1-Day. Orders are shipped within 1 business day of confirmed payment receipt. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to a locations specific customs regulations.

Tracking information is provided when order ships. You can check the status of your order by logging on to your account. Shipping rates are stated upon checkout.

Extended shipping times may apply to International delivery locations.

Return Policy

In the event of a return, please contact us at Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. 
Please return the item(s) to the address on the Packing Slip.

We thoroughly inspect each item before it ships to ensure quality in our pieces.  Should you happen to receive a defective item, we must receive this notification within 48 hours of confirmed delivery of your package.  Upon return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.  Refunds will be issued in the exact amount of your original charges, including tax, and excluding all shipping and handling charges.

You may use the same packaging your order came in. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered or damaged, and all tags must be attached in their original form. In the event of a return, shipping and handling charges of returned merchandise are not refundable. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail, of your product credit, once we've received and processed the returned item.

We STRONGLY encourage Delivery Tracking to accompany each returned package.  Head2Toez Apparel is NOT responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged while in transit.  We can only assume responsibility of successfully delivered packages (Tracking Numbers are the best way to ensure that your packages are successfully delivered)


All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
